Actually, I am using my iMac G3 from around 1999 alot to play around with classic Mac OS 9. As I bought it, it runs Mac OS X 10.3, the last Version of OS X (10.3.9) which was available to run on this hardware, but I prefer to use Classic Mac OS, because I never used it in the time of it's life.
I have the Fruit Color Colour Version with the following specs. I also own the original corresponding Keyboard, Power Cable and the Mouse.
It is really nice what this system from the end of the 90s is capable of and what you can do with it still 2024. EMailing, Wordprocessing with Office 98 (full compatible to Office 365), playing Games (e.g. Quake II) and so on. Even networking and filesharing works great, to share the screenshots from the system profiler.
